1. Platform Usage
Jobran Med platform is exclusively designed for licensed healthcare professionals and medical students. Using the platform for self-diagnosis or direct patient prescription without medical supervision is strictly prohibited.
2. Medical Disclaimer
All information, calculation tools, and results provided through the platform are support tools only and do not replace direct clinical judgment. The platform bears no responsibility for treatment decisions made based on its results. All results must be verified by the treating physician.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must notify us immediately upon suspicion of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Codes
Subscriptions are activated through activation codes available from authorized retailers. Codes are non-refundable after activation. Subscription duration begins from the moment of code activation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, designs, and logos on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or redistributing any platform content without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
